Direct-Pay Practice

Renewed Women’s Health is a direct-pay specialty women’s health practice. We do not bill insurance.Patients are responsible for the cost of visits, memberships, labs, imaging, medications, outside services, and other charges unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Labs, imaging, medications, referrals, procedures, and services performed by outside facilities are not included in membership or visit fees unless specifically stated in writing.

Services, Pricing, and Memberships

Information about services, visit options, memberships, pricing, and availability is provided for general informational purposes and may change.Any membership, payment, cancellation, refund, communication, access, or clinical care terms may be governed by separate agreements, consent forms, policies, or notices provided during scheduling or patient onboarding.

Scheduling and Availability

The ability to request or schedule an appointment through this website or a linked scheduling platform does not guarantee that Renewed Women’s Health will be able to provide care for every person or every condition.Services may be limited by provider availability, clinical appropriateness, patient location, licensing requirements, age, scope of practice, and other factors. Renewed Women’s Health may decline or discontinue care when clinically appropriate or legally required.

Utah Patients

Renewed Women’s Health currently provides care only to patients located in Utah at the time of service. Telehealth services may be available when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

Minors

Renewed Women’s Health primarily serves adult patients but may provide care for adolescents age 12 and older when clinically appropriate. Care for minors may require parent or guardian involvement, consent, and documentation as required by law and clinic policy.
