Everything you'd want to know before your first visit — how the practice works, what membership includes, and what to expect.
Getting Started
-
Direct Specialty Care is a membership-based model where you pay directly for care rather than billing insurance. It means longer visits, direct access to Dr. Cleveland, and a care plan built around you — without the constraints of a ten-minute insurance-based appointment.
-
Start with a complimentary 15-minute Meet & Greet call to ask questions and see if Renewed Women's Health is the right fit. From there, you can book an Initial Consultation or enroll in membership directly through our online scheduli
-
It's a short, no-obligation phone call with our team to answer your questions about the practice, discuss your goals, and help you decide which care option makes sense for you. There's no exam and no cost.
-
No referral is needed. You can schedule directly through our online booking, whether you're new to the practice or an existing patient.
Membership & Pricing
-
Membership includes your initial visit, ongoing follow-up care, direct access to Dr. Cleveland, priority scheduling, and discounted rates on labs, imaging, and medications — all for a flat monthly rate.
-
An Individual Consultation is a one-time visit with no ongoing commitment — a good fit if you have a specific concern you'd like addressed. Membership is built for continuity: ongoing support, priority access, and a lower cost per visit over time for women who want an established relationship with their physician.
-
Yes. Membership is billed month-to-month with no long-term contract, and you're free to cancel at any time.
-
Renewed Women's Health does not bill insurance. This direct-pay model is what allows for longer visits, more availability, and a more personalized experience. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds to cover visits — check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
Appointments & Care
-
Yes. Both in-person and telehealth appointments are available, depending on your needs and what's being addressed at each visit.
-
Initial visits are typically 45–60 minutes, and follow-up visits are 20–30 minutes — significantly longer than the standard appointment in a traditional practice, so there's time to actually be heard.
-
Yes. Members have access to secure messaging for questions and follow-up between scheduled visits — part of what "direct access" means at Renewed Women's Health.
-
For true medical emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent but non-emergency concerns, established patients can reach out through secure messaging, and we'll respond as promptly as possible.
